|Recommended: YesHighly recommend — I moved into 6th Main about a month ago and I’m really liking it so far. The location is awesome—super easy to get around downtown and close to a bunch of great spots to eat.
The building is clean and feels really well taken care of, and my apartment was in great shape when I moved in. I also love how much natural light I get—it just makes the space feel really nice.
The management team has been great too. They’ve been friendly and quick to respond anytime I’ve had a question, which made moving in way less stressful.
Overall, I’m really happy here and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place downtown.
|Recommended: Yes10 10 Recommend Living Here — Even though we just moved into 6th and Main, it’s already been such a positive experience. Everyone we’ve met has been so kind and welcoming, especially Jackie, Frisco, and Heather—they truly go out of their way to help with anything we need. The building is always clean, beautiful, and feels really well maintained. Parking is easy to find, which is a huge plus. I also love that there’s security at night—it gives me extra peace of mind. I would definitely recommend living here. It’s a great location and honestly feels like luxury living 🫶🏼

The maintenance team is top notch quick to respond and always on top of everything. The property itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and the location truly can’t be beat. Nestled right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, everything is walkable, and this complex offers the perfect mix of modern comfort, community vibes, and unbeatable convenience. From the moment I moved in, I felt like I was stepping into an elevated lifestyle.
The units are stunning—spacious layouts, high ceilings, sleek finishes, and huge windows that bring in gorgeous natural light and sweeping city views. It truly feels like luxury living with all the right touches.
The rooftop lounge and pool area are incredible—perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or just enjoying the mountain views with a drink in hand. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the resident lounge is a cozy, stylish spot to work remotely or meet neighbors. Plus, being right on the TRAX line and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops makes city living effortless.
The management team is top-notch— Stephanie and Jackie are so friendly, responsive, and truly invested in making sure residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building is always clean, safe, and beautifully maintained.

The amenities, including the gym and pool, are well-maintained and enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and public transportation. |Recommended: Yes6th Main — I recently moved to Salt Lake City for a short-term assignment. I reviewed 6 other properties in the area before selecting 6th Main. While all of the properties communities have their pros and cons, I found that 6th Main was just a level above in overall amenities, condition of the building, and the property management staff. Jackie, Taiya, and Hadir are extremely helpful, responsive, and provided valuable insight for a person new to the area. When I moved into the property, I noticed a loud humming noise coming from the air conditioning system. I reported it on Friday afternoon, Miguel assessed the situation on Monday and ordered a new motor, and it was completely fixed on Tuesday.

Nice assortment of amenities. Clean, well-maintained building grounds. Certainly would recommend living here, especially for working professionals.
